The wine bar and the Tajut
The strength of Ristorante Bidin is not only the typical local cuisine, but also the well-stocked wine cellar, which has over 350 fine local and Italian labels. The wide selection includes high quality wines, strictly served in selected glasses. The restaurant also hosts the Tajut, a typical ritual in the territory, during which you sip fine wine accompanied by oysters, warty Venus, prawns, tuna tartare, raw scampi, as well as an excellent selection of meats, hams and cheeses.
